Rheem 5 ton air handler that is brand new (never been installed). This system is equipped with a good used evaporator coil instead of the new coil. The remaining system is new with no warranty. It is specially priced because of that used coil. The other is a brand new Amana condensing unit of 4 tons with a 2 stage capacity. It has never been installed and can be installed with a brand new Amana air handler for a special price. Since the air handler has to be a brand new Amana (R-32) refrigerant, then the air handler has a full warranty, but for a special price.
