The airplane is beautiful. Runs/ flys perfect. Great glass interior and paint. Fresh annual just completed 10/25. It has 3 hours on a fresh prop overhaul - Fixed McCauley. This airplane is a workhorse! Had a cross wind caused landing incident that damaged the nose gear and scraped the wing tip, and the prop did get struck. All repairs in accordance with Piper and Lycoming and inspected IAW FAA including prop strike AD. It's a solid aircraft ready for its next mission. All logs since new.
