Physician group seeking a Certified MA with great customer service skills to provide wellness visit interviews, telephone follow up, address quality measures, and care coordination between physicians' offices & facilities.
Needs good communication & customer service skills, Bi-lingual, flexible; able to travel; vaccine experience; must have telephone and computer skills; EMR experience, able to work with multiple providers and facilities. Will be working with Medicare and must be able to pass background checks and have a clean driver's license. Licensure / Certifications must be active.
