I'm an active senior and Christian with a secure income. I'm beginning to look for an affordable unit in Georgetown. Although at present I'm in New York, I know the area well and have been considering relocating, but obviously need housing, which I realize is limited. Here in the East I work a part time job and plan to do the same there (to subsidize my income). I am seeking a permanent situation and am not interested in renting a room (albeit I may have to initially). I'm considering coming out on or around April 5th, but may stay here longer if I'm unable to locate housing. Love to hear from you if you have or know of a rental that might work for me. Tx!
