This full-time position operates Monday through Friday and is based directly at our Harlingen shop. You will be instrumental in supporting our operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. No prior experience is needed for this role, as we are committed to training the right individual who demonstrates enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
The core responsibilities of this role involve a variety of crucial tasks. You will be the primary point of contact for incoming customer and field technician calls, providing essential assistance throughout the repair process. This includes updating our service software with comprehensive information such as pictures, repair narratives, and invoices, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping. You'll also be responsible for directing calls and information to the appropriate personnel, assisting in the creation and delivery of estimates to our customers, and collaborating with vendors for efficient product and parts sourcing. Additionally, the role involves inventory management tasks, collecting payments from customers at the time of service, and handling various other office duties as requested by area managers and field technicians.
