4x Michelin Primacy A/S 225/60R18 tires.
Removed these from my RAV4 with 12k miles on them. Great condition and lots of tread.
Fits Toyota and Lexus passenger cars with this same bolt pattern. Probably other makes and models also.
Cheapest I could find the wheels online was $225 and the tires at Costco are $202 (links below) so that would be $1700 new plus tax.
