Starting Pay: $27.50 – $42.50 per hour based on tools and experience.

What You’ll Do
As a Mobile Technician / Shop Mechanic, you will provide critical on-site and shop services for commercial trucks and fleets.
Perform routine maintenance and annual DOT inspections.
Conduct advanced troubleshooting using the TEXA diagnostic platform.
Handle electrical systems, hydraulics, welding, and heavy lifting (up to 70+ lbs).
Participate in an on-call rotation (two nights a week) to support 24/7 roadside operations.
Qualifications
Experience: Mechanically inclined with the ability to diagnose and repair any make/model.
Tools: Must have basic hand tools (or be able to acquire them within 30 days).
Clean Record: Valid driver’s license for 3+ years with a clean 10-year driving history.
Tech Savvy: Ability to use a smartphone for dispatch and complete digital federal inspection documents.
