I am seeking a single family home to lease beginning Jan 1, 2026.
I prefer a home with 2-3 bedrooms, 2 baths, preferring one to have a walk in shower and preferbly a 2 car garage.
The home must be located in a quiet and safe area of town.I am willing to pay up to $1400.00 per month for rent.
As for me, I am a 75 year old Male. I am very quiet, have no pets , do not drink or smoke, and respect others. I am retired from the US Army. I have both a 100% disabled Veteran and Social security steady income.
I live alone, maintain a clean home having it professionally cleaned on a regular basis, always pay my rent on time and maintain the property per the standards of the community.
I will appreciate someone willing to accomodate my request.
