This is a commission-based position with no income ceiling. First-year agents who follow our system earn $50,000-$80,000 on average. The Rio Grande Valley is an underserved market with real demand for the products we offer.
You will work with clients who have requested information about life insurance coverage. No cold calling. We provide the leads, the training, and the licensing support.
Bilingual agents have a significant advantage in this region. If you can communicate confidently in both English and Spanish, you are well positioned to build a strong book of business here.
