Selling a genuine Rogue Echo GHD Roller Assembly. This is the heavy-duty foot roller component from Rogue’s space-saving GHD system. It is designed specifically for 3x3" uprights with 5/8" holes, Rogue Monster Lite series racks, or other similar racks with 5/8 holes. If you already own a plyo box or a weight bench, this assembly allows you to perform high-level posterior chain work without the massive footprint of a standalone GHD machine. Heavy-duty steel with high-density foam rollers and vinyl upholstery. Fits any Rogue Monster Lite upright or similar 3x3 frames. I also have the pad and the ROGUE GAMES BOX in other listings.
You can use it for:
Bulgarian Split Squats: The perfect rotating surface for your back foot to improve balance and depth.
Sit-Ups: Mount it low on your rack to secure your feet for weighted or decline sit-ups.
