DLG Trades LLC is growing and looking for a responsible and experienced CDL Driver to join our team in the Weslaco, Pharr, McAllen, Harlingen, and Brownsville area.
📋 Requirements:
✅ Valid CDL License
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience
✅ Clean MVR and no accidents in the last 8 months
✅ Over 24 years old
✅ Experience with local moves (drop & hook)
🕒 Schedule: Monday through Saturday
💵 Guaranteed 40 hours per week

This position involves local moves (drop & hook) — no touch freight, moving boxes from warehouse to warehouse in the Weslaco, Pharr, and McAllen area.
🕕 Schedule: Monday through Saturday, starting at 6:00 a.m.
⏰ Finish time varies between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
💵 Pay:
$17.00/hr for the first 3 months (probation period)
$17.60/hr after that, with annual raises
W2 position – direct employment
40 hours guaranteed per week (up to 70 hours max)
Weekly pay every Monday at 12:00 p.m.
📍 Trucks start and end the day in Weslaco
